IR 반사코팅 유리의 코팅 두께를 측정하기 위한 정밀 두께측정기임. Masimum Scan Length 는 200mm 이고 Vertical Linearity는 2000Å 이상에서 0.5 % 이하에서 10Å임 Repeatability는 1um보다 작을 경우 4.0 Å (1시그마) for steps 1um보다 클 경우 0.1% (1시그마) for steps 임. Reproducibility는 15.0 Å 혹은 0.25% (1시그마)이고 Scan Speed는 2um/sec ~ 25mm/sec 임.
장비 구성 및 성능
Microhead 5 SR vertical range 327um stylus force 0.5~50mg 13um resolution < 0.01Å 64um resolution < 0.04Å 327um resolution <0.2Å. Stylus : full range of styli available with tip radius from submicron (0.04um) to coarse(50um) sizes. Full range of included angle to support standard and high aspect ratio measurements ranging from 20° to 90°. Also support specialty styli such as the knife edge stylus.
